Welcome to the Shree Malad Jain Mahajan Foundation app (“Vardhaman”). Vardhaman provides community networking services (“Services”) pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth below. 1. Modification of Terms of Service

Vardhaman may change these Terms at any time and will notify you of material changes. Vardhaman may, at its sole discretion, offer new features from time to time and reserves the right to discontinue any feature without prior notice.

2. Subscriber Conduct

Spamming is prohibited. Spamming includes sending unsolicited or bulk messages, emails, posts, or comments that the recipient has not requested. Accounts engaged in spam or unsolicited content may be terminated immediately.

You are solely responsible for the content you provide. Vardhaman acts as a passive conduit for the distribution and transmission of your data. You represent and warrant that your content:

• Does not infringe third-party intellectual property, proprietary rights, or rights of publicity or privacy;
• Does not violate any applicable law, statute, ordinance, or regulation;
• Is not defamatory, obscene, or pornographic;
• Does not contain viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

Violation of this section may result in termination of access and other remedies available under law.

3. Registration & Profile Data

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate registration and profile information (“Profile Data”) and to keep it updated.

• Vardhaman is advertising-supported and may share aggregate (non-identifiable) Profile Data with third parties for marketing purposes.
• Your data may be used to provide targeted advertisements and service offers.
• You consent to receiving transactional SMS and calls, including to DND-registered numbers.

4. Privacy

Except as provided in Section 2 and as required by law, regulation, or court order, Vardhaman does not intentionally monitor or disclose private messages, posts, or address information. You agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of others.

5. Personal Use & Security

• Your right to use the Service is personal and non-transferable; you may not resell or commercially exploit the Service without written consent.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account, whether authorised or not.

6. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vardhaman, its promoters, employees, directors, officers, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service.

7. Termination

This Agreement remains effective until terminated by you or Vardhaman. Vardhaman may terminate or suspend access without notice for violations or prolonged inactivity. Vardhaman has no obligation to maintain or forward any content after termination.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Vardhaman does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. You use the Service at your sole risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vardhaman shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for interrupted communications, lost data, or lost profits arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

10. Features & Services

Vardhaman may add, modify, limit, or discontinue features or services without prior notice. Usage limits may include storage quotas, file sizes, number of posts or messages, or access frequency. Vardhaman is not responsible for deletion, corruption, or failure to store any content, and may log off inactive accounts after a reasonable period.

11. Proprietary Rights

Content and materials provided through the Service are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may use such content only as permitted by the Service or applicable law.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. Failure by Vardhaman to act with respect to a breach does not waive its right to act with respect to subsequent breaches.

Purpose of Permission Usage

• Profile Customisation: Upload photos/videos for your profile.
• Media Sharing: Upload and share photos/videos within the app.
• Content Creation: Capture or select media to create posts or other content.

How We Use the Collected Data

• Media is accessed only with your explicit, in-app consent.
• Media is used solely for core app functionality and not for advertising or analytics.

Privacy & Data Security

• All accessed media remains within app functionality and is processed securely.
• We do not share your media with third parties without your consent.

User Consent

Before accessing any photos or videos, the app will request permission via clear in-app prompts describing the purpose.
