If you cannot access the app, email us using the button above with the following details:
- Registered name
- Registered phone number and/or email address
- Optional: reason for deletion
For your security, we may ask you to verify ownership (e.g., one-time code sent to your registered phone/email).
What Gets Deleted
- Your profile and account identifiers
- Registration & profile details (e.g., name, phone/email, bio)
- User-submitted content (e.g., posts, comments, photos, videos)
- Matrimony, business & job listings created by you
- Event registrations and related activity
What May Be Retained
- Transactional or legal records required to comply with law, prevent fraud, or resolve disputes
- Server logs and security backups retained for limited periods (typically ≤ 90 days)
- Content already shared with others (e.g., messages or posts visible to other users) that they may have copied or retained
Data retained for legal or security purposes is minimized and access‑restricted.
Timeline
- Deletion: We aim to complete deletion within 30 days of verifying your request.
Can I Undo Deletion?
Once deletion is completed, it is permanent and cannot be reversed. If you change your mind before completion, contact us immediately to check if reversal is still possible.
Third‑Party Services
Where we use service providers (e.g., SMS gateways), we will forward deletion requests as appropriate so they can delete data they process on our behalf.
